I’ve been fascinated by the sky since I was a little girl, long before I knew it would one day become my career. Today, I get to explore the incredible science unfolding in our atmosphere and share it with viewers every day. I love translating complex weather patterns into forecasts people can understand so they can make informed decisions when the weather changes.
Over the years, I’ve covered everything from heat waves and high winds to wildfires, hurricanes, blizzards, and severe storms. Those experiences have taught me just how powerful weather can be—and how important it is to communicate it clearly.
As a bilingual communicator, I’m passionate about making science accessible to as many people as possible. I also enjoy visiting schools to talk with students about weather and the atmosphere, hoping to spark the same curiosity about the sky that inspired me when I was young. Weather can feel mysterious, but I believe understanding it makes it less intimidating—and a lot more fascinating.
